Michael Dooney Michael Dooney is a comic book, cover artist, and toy designer best known for his work on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics, video game covers, and action figure designs. He is also the creator of the comic series Gizmo and Xenotech, as well as the popular 1887 print series depicting modern day comic characters in a Victorian setting. Currently, he splits his time between comics and concept art for the toy and entertainment industries. Clients/projects include TMNT, Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Lady Death, Playmates Toys, IDW, Zenescope, Hasbro, Universal Studios, etc.
