Cassandra Ariel Cassandra Ariel has been part of the cosplay community for almost 10 years now, guesting, hosting, moderating/speaking on Panels, and judging at Conventions nationally and Internationally for 6 years. Specializing in cosplay makeup, performance, and design, she pulls her inspiration for her cosplays from all mediums and corners of various fandoms; comics, films and television, history and mythology, anime and books, and beyond!
Cassandra hopes to inspire and educate cosplayers on how cosplay can be attainable for anyone and a welcoming community for everyone regardless of skill level, financial standing, or background. She also uses her platform and cosplay to advocate for and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and is a vocal advocate to stand against bullying in the community, and hopes to create a cosplay community where everyone feels free and safe to cosplay their own way. And most importantly, to put and keep the Play in Cosplay.
